About me

I live in Glasgow in a ground floor flat. Beautiful mature communal gardens. The gardeners who maintain the grounds are hopeless, they charge a fortune but really all they do is cut the grass and once a year cut back the hedges. For that reason I have started to take an interest and do somethng about it rather than moan. So last year I planted a cherry tree and this year it has lots of cherry blossoms on it. I am so pleased. I also planted 5 rosebushes where I buried my cat. I have a great job as a receptionist in a vets. My buddy icon is a bouquet of flowers that were given to me on my birthday last year. I have lived in a flat all my life but I'm really excited about the prospect of learning about gardening and hope to learn a lot from this fab site.
