End of garden for the season

Have just finished bringing in the last of my tomatoes for this year will now start to finish up canniing ,got a lot of green tomatoes yet so am trying new ways of using them,jelly is actually good!

Put green tomatoes in an enclosed space (such as a drawer) with one ripe one and a lot of them will ripen too

I've just left my green tomatoes on a tray with the red one's i took of and are rippening very well, not to quick but just quick anough to use them as i wont them.
