I just finished getting some patina on my tree stump . just got to let mother nature do her work now . I hope you enjoy .

I mixed the last layer of cement with dirty rainwater and what your kydnies filter . I know but it will work great and doesn't smell now its set .

One of these days I'm determined to have a go at making something like that, I already have the wire and bits and bobs, I even know where its going.....

That's great, and will look even better when it's covered with algae (or whatever). How do you achieve the variation of colour? Is it just shadow?

Sorry about the slip, NP. I knew it was a tree stump made out of concrete but at the moment of commenting I slipped up! Nevertheless it's a great piece of artwork!

Has it aged yet, if not find some moss and rub it over it I see you have lots of crevacies so it should hold in very well give it a light watering and mother nature will do the rest and boy have got wonderful ideas. Ps I have private messaged you
