Thanks, all...I will be moving in early/mid next week and VERY excited right now. I'm praying we won't have to move in a snow storm. But I know I would never be able to move in spring/summer without hauling half of my garden with me. lol.

Thanks, Pitta. Unfortuneately (well in the gardening sense) I am moving into a new home that, come spring, won't have as much as a blade of grass! Have to start from scratch, but sure it will be fun.

Thanks all for your lovely comments! I am looking forward to the new house and garden but not the move. Once things get settled I will be back! The break won't last forever. lol.

Unfortuneately, although we currently have no snow, the ground and weather won't allow for bringing of plants. But as you say, a new canvas is exciting. I have less land but after gardening for several years now know what I like best, so hope to pack it full of great things!

i got several fushia plants a few months back, the ones outside did not make it, but the ones inside are doing ok, getting bigger and having some blooms.

OHHH MOOSE. Have become very overpopulated here in my province, and is responsible for many accidents on the highways.
But I'm sure they don't like the accidents anymore than we do!
