Remember spring sunshine?

Last week we had a lovely sunny day so I took a stroll around the garden and took photos of the flowers that were showing their delight at the rays by opening up their petals
Crocus under the larch that escaped the squirrel’s bulb munching spree!
Anemone Blanda in amongst the shrubs
More Crocus and a Primrose under the trees
Primrose Wanda brightens up the bank
Even a Peony deciding to put on a spurt of growth
It has been pretty gloomy since then – misty, rainy and cold so decided to add a little cheer and hope for more sunshine very soon for all of us :o)

Yes, damp, dark, misty and generally miserable here too.....hope you get some more sun soon.I know we're not due sunshine anytime soon!!!!

Thank you Sticki, poor things all closed up again and I would imagine the peony wished it hadn't bothered :o)
No good forecasts here either Paul that's why I thought a few rays of past sunshine might not go amiss :o)

Lovely to see the spring flowers showing now isn't it? I really don't know how they cope with all the different weather conditions we've been having recently - do you Neena?
