Mystic update!

My little “baby” has learned the sound of the automatic garage door opener and knows when that sound happens, Daddy is home from work and “rubs are in order”! {chuckle} The garage opens into the laundry room and he is always there to greet “Daddy” and receive some quality “rubs and spoiling” every evening. It just makes my day having that cute little cat meet me at the door!

Here, we are getting rubs and being totally spoiled! What a “happy camper”!

Gotta love it! :-)

He's so sweet, does he come and climb up onto you for a cuddle aswell ?
And what about little Smokey, has he the same nature as Mystic ?

I've just got a kitten called "Checkers"(she has a white patch with 4 black spots - looks like a checkerboard!!) an is so full of mischief at the moment - its surprising how much a cat/kitten can make to your life!!

No surprise to me our two have just had 'mad half hour' which can extend to several hours... Haring around leaping over, under and through things and this inside the house! Himself has just chased them out to riot in the garden lol

LOL, i love these mad half hours :-))))))

They happen around 8pm in this household and it's Millie doing most of it !
And on sunny warm days these occur when the front and back doors are open into the gardens and then the overs, unders and throughs get extended to 'ups' aswell .... as in trees and mature bushes and then, top speed up and down the front garden path !!!!!!!

Stripes oftens has a mad half hour in the mornings running up and down through the trees waiting for his girlfreind to come out, grey British short hair Elsa.

One of Pip's favourite things to do is to hare down the garden at top speed and straight up the ash tree as far as she can get! Then she has the descent to cope with of course lol

Phoebe meets me in the carpark & rolls on the ground purring loudly. Then I have to pick her up & put her on my shoulder to carry indoors...no matter what shopping I might have to carry too!!
They are so lovely to come home to N2!

Little Smokey was a "biter" at first, but is getting better and better as he gets spoiled every day. The "cat treats" routine with quality head and tail rubs has turned him around and he only nips a tad instead of drawing blood.
Once I got used to his "time-out" length of being petted, he's become more and more lovable and hopped up into my lap last night for some rubs! His "time-out" for rubs gets longer and longer every day. He is such a pretty cat and we continue to work with him with "food treats" and other "spoiling" to solve his biting habbits..

That's great N2, with patience and kindness these little habits can be eliminated, good job you and your wife are so understanding :-)))))

This is the great thing about cats, they tell YOU when enough's enough! As long as everything's on THEIR terms, then all will be well in the N2 household! Nice job with the treats, though!
;-))
