After grilling some chicken quarters on the ’ol BBQ pit tonight, I made a few “bell-pepper snacks” while the coals still had some heat:
The bell peppers were grown organically in containers and harvested tonight for “dinner”!
This should taste “pretty good!”!

I gotta tell you that the taste was out of this world! I have never had such flavorful and tender bell peppers before.
I sure hope that my pepper plants produce some more before the winter. The cheese was a mixture of Cheddar and Monterrey Jack cheese.
