Well just an update on my husbands melon..that and the strawberries are the only things he is interested in…however he does help me if I ask nicely.
Well I am truely amazed at how fast these things grow, the last photo I took of his melon was the 4th May.

How big!

Just starting…
Lovely Sunday lunch, brocoli and peas from the garden…gorgeous flavour.
Took loads of photos which I have uploaded, well i need a good soak in the bath now, hope you all have a great week and the weather is kind to us all.

Carrots, Peas and potatoes were on the menu for the Digs household today. As a fairly new veg gardener I am still gob smacked at the difference between home grown and supermarket (Booooooo) veg. I'm hoping to try melons next year in my new poly tunnel (still to be put up).
Enjoy your soak MrsM.
