I am an OAP with limited funds but like to see a little splash of colourful plants on my balcony. Hence I like to try and keep plants that come up each year and need low maintenance. Conditions are a problem at times. I live very close to seafront and it is often very windy. A lot of plants dont like the salty sea air and hence they dont survive for very long. Any helpful advice and suggetions is always appreciated please.
