I am very disappointed to be told that the GoY techies think the problem with my PMs is probably an “operator error”. This apparently means it’s my fault. I cannot access my PMs from any computer, not my iPad, my laptop or my mother’s PC, or my daughter’s, so quite how I have managed this I cannot imagine. When I try to access my PMs, by any route, I get the message : “We’ve made a mistake. Looks like something isn’t quite right with Grows on You. Please try again, we’re sorry for the inconvenience”. This “explanation” of “operator error” is more frustrating than the original problem! If anyone has any ideas, please let me know!
