Thank you joannie, it's in need of good trim and tidy now, so much rain its all gone wild!! (not the dog the garden hehe!)

thanx, i got 2 lavenders one is doin fab,very vibrant deep purple, but the other seems to have died off in the middle, i have some winter flowering cyclamin under the willow they have started to come through. i think some bulbs around the magnolia would be good.

thank you, although it's agapanthus cant remember the name of this one but it standa around 3'+. this is it's 3rd summer and has gone from 3 stems to about 25!

i had some stunning daliahs by the agapanthus, but they totally took over, and due to my inexperience i managed to... erm destroy them. i have a lovely deep red rose that needs repositioning, but thats about all, any suggestions for low maintenance plants would be appreciated

dont think i do? i'll have a check throug tho. it is a lovely one, deep pink buds then a much paler pink flower, got had by the frost again this year tho. :-(

yes it is... looks lovely against the fern although they do get in the way a bit! never realised how quick they spread, i didn't think that one through too well. will have to thin them out a bit i think!

i know what you mean, i got 3 big ones at the back by my woodland area... they start to take over, i just comb them out and hair cut in spring!

i think it's a 35ltr... they are terrazzo, most garden centres sell them in various designs. wyvale and hilliers sell a few, haskins have a fair collection too

theres a bit more now, I love old tree root and stumps.There's winter flowering cyclamen under the willow for some colour later on.

its the flower from an aloe plant in spain, lit up with a tourch. was 30ish feet tall

only put in april, had over 200 blooms so far and is still full of buds! very pleased with my "sweet dreams"

its a bit dark but it is the flower from what we thought was aloe, it looked stunning under lit in the original photo
