A few days ago i ordered an entry ticket for The Malvern Spring Gardening Show, it arrived today. The ticket i have is for 8th May, it will be interesting to go and look around a show without showing myself. Should be a nice day out.

I received my 5 strawberry plants that i had ordered from Wesh Fruits, and planted them into a strawberry planter. It will be interesting to see how they get on. Unsure whether to keep them in the greenhouse, or to put them outside – will the birds eat them? Strawberry fields have them outside, so i suppose they must be ok outside.

I will most probably be at the Malvern Spring Show on the hunt for bargains! Watch out for a woman in walking boots with armfulls of plants stalking obsessively around the plant stalls!

The blackbirds ate all my stawberries last year, not that there were many, but then that makes it worse I think! Anyway this year I have bought some nets from wilkinsons. I like stawberrys!!
