Brill Mark, the birdies will love it, I have one similar but smaller and our local squirrel sits inside when its raining!!

Nice construction job, and the pics make a handy how-to.

I take it that you either don't have squirrels or don't mind them!

Well done Mark and I have to say I`m impressed with how tidy you are when making something, I`ve failed with educating my hubby , when he works I have to do the tidying away and as to placing a sheet down well unless its to do with his car, I don`t think he`d know where to find one, lol...

Ah, looks great Mark. Well done - what's your next project then?? lol

Hi all thankyou very much for your comments.Yes it is quite large i havent measured it yet lol.

Hi Lincslass lol yes i am very well trained i was always taught to be tidy with my work.:))))))

That's a damn good habit to have, Mark - a minute's pre-prep saves half an hour of clearing up after - but for most of us, that don't occur till we're at least ahlf-way through, and only then realise the amount of mess, and think, I could have ---- if I'd thought about it in time!

hi Fran, lol i must admit i have lapsed sometimes but i do generally try to remember to keep things tidy.Julie moaning at me generally makes me think lol.:))))

lol always handy to have an incentive! it's just getting in the habit to begin with, I think, and then it should become second nature - with occasional lapses when the battery needs to be recharged.

I wish you organised folk would give my OH some lessons. he almost never puts anything away after use and as I'm not too tidy myself we tend to get in a bit of a mess sometimes!
All your very tidy gardens impress me no end.

I mostly tidy in self-defence: things will be a lot easier to find next time if I put them away properly this time! I don't like a general tidy-up - all I can remember is where the things were *before* I moved them, not where I moved them *to*. (This is why one of my steel rules is beside the PC and the other is hanging next to the spice rack!)

Hi Steragram lol if i didnt tidy up Julie would be forever nagging at me so a few minutes of cleaning saves me a lifetime of moaning lol.:))))

Hi Fran yes i like putting things down where i know i will find them again but the cleaner comes round me Julie and i can then never find where she decides they must go lol.:)))))

That looks brilliant, Mark, very clever :)

I have that prob too, Mark - my new home help hasn't been fully "house-trained" yet - and, given my vision, it's almost impossible to find stuff that she finds somewhere "better" to put! I'm going to have to get her to do a list - item and location, or some kind of map!

26 Mar, 2012

Hi Gee19 thankyou very much :)))))

Hi Fran lol that sounds a good idea may get Julie to do the same then i may beable to find my things again lol:)))))

27 Mar, 2012

but it has to be kept to! I did a "map" of under-bed storage, only works till one tiedies up and forets to upgrade the list!

Hi Fran lol :))))
