It has been a lovely day here. For our hour in the garden, my husband started to dig out the Hardy Fuchcia by the front door. Harder work than he anticipated!
We could do with someone in Australia pushing it up from the other side!
My job was to Areate the lawns with a fork. They are so waterlogged, I think it is the third time this year I have done this job.I don’t like the squelching sound that is made when you walk on it. Hopefully some wind blowing round the grass roots may dry it out a bit. It is not “posh” lawn, but common grass and weeds, if a bit dies off, no probs.
I have just spent a happy half hour going through the Index, and listing plants that I have in the garden. I have done oddments, and then decided to be organised and start at “A”. Only another 25 to go.

Well done! I tend to add plants to my list as they flower, now, but I do remember sitting for ages listing lots and lots of plants and then trying to find photos of them. It was hard work then, before Peter and Ajay made some excellent changes.
They didn't even come up in alphabetical order, so it was a slow process to find a plant in the list and post the photo!
I should do something to our lawns - they are full of weeds - clover mostly. The problem is the extent of them!
P.S. No sign of the sun here - just drizzle.
