my gunnera has been re-potted

i decided to re pot the gunnera. lifted the old pot out of the ground with the help of my next door neighbour. made the hole bigger.
struggled to get the old one out of the pot as my neighbour, gordon had gone inside as it was now raining. damned inconsiderate of him. by now i am drenched with rain water and pond water but eventually got it in
i am really pleased with that

It was in the garden when I bought this flat.
Took me 3 years to dig out all the roots.
OK to leave it in the pot for a couple of years but never
put it into the garden.

Throw it away. Keep the pot for something better. They are terrible plants. Form a forest of leaves and very difficult to dig up. Every bit grows for years afterwards.
