I garden mostly in containers in an area prone to saltwater flooding. I started composting last summer. I've been growing tomatoes, peppers, and herbs in containers for about 12 years. This year, I am trying to improve a small shrub bed in front of my home, as well as try some new plants in my containers. My 4 year-old son loves to help, but mostly he ends up digging up whatever I've just planted!
