Hi, I'm Rose, I enjoy gardening on and off, but that doesn't mean to say I don't care about how my garden looks.

Fortunately my style of gardening is the Cottage Garden, therefore it more or less looks after itself. But, woh! if something is in the wrong place I will not rest until it has been moved - no matter how big and heavy! Thank goodness my old man is still strong enough to dig and relocate, even though it is after a little bit of a debate bordering on a small argument, and in the end he obliges. Even worse is when we have grown something and I realise I don't like it, I want rid! - this does cause an argument 'cos my old man thinks if you've grown it, it has to stay there. No Way! so in the end either he digs it up or I will, no matter how much sweat it takes.

I shall be posting some pics of our garden over time and I hope you will let me know if you like it (in which case I can prove to my hubby that moving things or getting rid of them is what you must do to keep a nice garden)
