‘cause there just wasn’t enough to do in my garden. Boohoo!!!!

I took my ‘just had surgery’ roses out of the water and potted them and sprayed 2 weeds and that’s about it apart from watering everything this evening, lol. Oh, and I lopped the head off a lily with my hoe!!!!!! More gutted.

It’s times like this when I want a big garden. I’ve worked so hard for weeks and now it’s nearly all done I’m like a lost soul. I resorted to taking some not very exciting photographs for reference in ‘My Garden’ just to give me something to do.

I did see one of my Arabian Night dahlia’s peeking through the soil this morning though. :o)

I still haven’t found my missing pruners either.

So, nowt to do equals nowt to blog about.

Oh dear, I hate to think of you 'boo-hooing' - how about some hanging baskets or more tubs/pots, a potato tub, trying your hand at painting garden art and stones like Funkyfuschia (do have a look at his photos). When there's nothing for me to do in the garden I sit in the sun and read, do a crossword. Just a thought about your missing prumers - have you looked in the freezer? I once left a small pair of snippers in the freezer when I took something out for lunch and found them days later!

If you are at a loose end you could help me with my fence, been putting it off for ages lol.
On the pruner front I have bought two pairs af secateurs from poundland and just leave them anywhere so I can nearly always find at least one, it helps with senior moments!!

When you've completed the fencing for Olblueyes, I'll be ready for you to help me with my feather boards. Lol.
