Well, the white stuff has arrived.

We have had high winds, flooding and now snow……I am waiting for locust next. It becomes very difficult to travel and the idea of finishing any gardening is gone. Thank goodness for my new greenhouse. Here are a few photos from today……..

I used to like the stuff when I was young, but now I hate it. It may look pretty on pictures but can only cause problems and inconvenience. I don't mind having a little on Christmas day, but hope nothing like we had last winter.

I have my flower group tomorrow morning and then a Christmas dinner with friends in Eaglesham where my sister lives. It is a village near Glasgow.....she is snowed in at the moment!!!! Both could be cancelled....what a pest!
I know it looks great but travel is difficult if it is icy.
If I can get to Eaglesham I can stay overnight....fingers crossed. :o))

Snow does add another dimension to your garden, but having lived in Kilmarnock for three years I really feel for you Linda.

The best place to view it is through the window, hope it is just fleeting. Lovely pics though.
