Spring, Summer, Autumn.

Well the weather is gorgeous, lots of sunshine and really warm, I`ve cut the grass, planted out wallflowers, been around the borders again, loads more deadheading and had a general tidyup, whilst doing this I noticed how many different plants trying to flower as well as the ones that should be.. I really don`t think my garden knows what month it is..

Wallflowers left in from last May, I spotted them whilst deadheading…

Yellow Allysum has never stopped..

Polyanthus keeps flowering, trouble is something is eating the flowers overnight..
The rockery plants are even coming out in the shady area..

The ones in the sun are really loving it.

The roses have been smashing this year and as you can see are still doing well..

The apples on my bottom tree have ripened at least 6wks early but are not as big as usual but the birds won`t mind as its still their food for the next few months.

So folks I`ve had a chat with Mother Nature and booked autumn for November, winter for middle December and January, then we`ll have spring back again.. Well it was a day for dreaming whilst working, lol…

Hi Lincs, I'm the same, losing myself in the garden helps to distract when my mind is buzzing, I hope you're feeling a bit better, pet If it's any consolation, I wish the flowers in my garden looked as healthy as yours, the wind has squashed most of mine!

It's lovely to see your autumn flowers Sue. Some things seem to be at the wrong times but it gives us a second chance to enjoy them :o)

Lovely garden think a few plants are confused with the weather, its dull and damp here today.

You are absolutely right Lincslass about the autumn colour. You have plenty in your garden and as they weather warms up again next week we will all have even more. I noticed the same thing in my garden when only a week ago I thought everything had finished for this year.
