finished my fence

I have been collecting pallets to make a fence and was shocked at the prices for wood and such and just cannot afford it,I loved the blog someone did with pallets doing their fenceing and archs that I thought i would have a go and see how I do,Its taken since last sept to do this and Im realy pleased with it,Ive mainly done it to keep quinn off the garden as she has destroyed it when I was ill in hospital and I just could not do it,she is not well pleased with me and keeps trying to get thru and it does not help that penny and the cats can get in and she cant, hope you like my pics,I got the gate for £20 at whicks and the paint was £5 at wilkinsons

once the path and side of house are cleared of pallets and bins quinn will have a nice little run area,I am so looking forward to this years gardening, all ready for my tickets to harrogate, heres penny and suki napping.

and quinn passing out,she throws all my cushions on the floor then sleeps on them, weird dog

Well done Ladybug, I shut my dogs in the pen when the garden is very wet, if I didn`t it would look like a paddock where they run. I have a pallett that I`m taking apart to make a little fence for the back of my pond area, its really tough to get apart...

I have always wanted to do that. I have used a few old pallets to make raised beds but the wood can vary between good solid wood and some sort of softwood that cracks easily and is flimsy. You have inspired me to get some more pallets and try a fence, I have a small area for the kids that I think might set it off - a coat of paint/stain and no one would know the difference!

thankyou for admireing my fence, sounds silly but i just stand at the door looking at it with a silly smile on my face, linclass keep at it,it took a week to take two apart until the teen pointed out it was already put together for me and I just had to take the back off,as I said I like takeing things apart the hard way,if work had let me have some pallets (argos)they are made of hardwood and the best I think,my next project, raised beds, night all
