2nd row down, 4th plant along from left may be a Verbena Bonariensis.

I think it is Verbena Bonariensis too.The 3 with the fern like leaves,look like Polemonium(Jacobs Ladder) to me...

Lovely plants. Bargain too. Another nice climbing rose with a lovely perfume is Rhapsody in Blue. It's a lovely shade of purple/mauve. Mine is just starting to flower.
