bit upset yesterday

as some of you know ive just moved into this house, its a council house and me and my daughters first real home after a bad marraige and the loss of my house, its been a scary three years hideing my cats as we were not allowed pets and i couldnt get rid of them, yearning for a garden and growing anything i could in pots and it helped to grow things as i got a bit depressed and growing things helped, when i moved we had a bad time with the landlord as he wanted three mths notice in rent and i wouldnt pay him 1500pounds that i didnt have, when i went back to the flat to get my plants he had destroyed them all and smashed my pots and i know it sounds silly but some of those plants held memories for me,sorry all but i feel better for that off my chest and just to say thankyou to the council for this house and i will be eternaly grateful to them:)

Sorry its been so rough, its behind you now. Memories are in your heart and no one can take them! And now you have a front door key that is yours so use it and enjoy.
Look at your Local 'Free Cycle' they often have garden things for free including plants, pots and even sheds!.

Hi Chris...
You sound more cheery now. If you look at my recent photos, you can see a pic of some houseleeks which I planted in a circle in a pot... and they've grown like a Kaleidoscope ! Lol.

I live in a Housing Association house and they are very good at giving grants for improving the area around the houses so if you feel up to it at a later date you could apply! As to bad landlords had a few of those so my sympathies go with you there.

It's good to get things off your chest. No good bottling things in. It's bad for your health.
You should make that man pay for your plants and pots. He had no right to destroy them.
I hope all the bad times are over for you now, and you can look ahead to a better life. You deserve it.

Well done on winning the vouchers.
A lot of us go through trying times but when you finally are able to get out in the garden and be answerable to no one else and have the garden as you want it complete with animals you can really smile :~)))
The house and the vouchers will just be the start of positive things for you :~)
