Grey skies and and a wet patio .

Well I think it’s rained sometime of the day every day through November & December and January has started the same the weekend was a washout ! it did stop this afternoon so I took some photo of my faithful old heathers they are 22 this year :) from down the garden and up the garden the lawn needs a mow so roll on the spring but a wet patio is better than a flooded one ….

Well if you get flooded we can all pity the folk in the valley!
Is it ever going t stop?

Same here......grass needs a cut because of the mild weather(it just hasn't stopped growing) but it's far too wet and boggy. Some of my borders have been underwater numerous times and lots of my newly purchased plants are rotting. So, I think I'll have to replace them with marginal plants in some spots. We didn't realise just how wet the garden gets(only been here a year)
But, at least you have that wonderful view beyond your garden....rain or shine!

Yes your heathers look to be really healthy and so attractive, combine that with your view and I'm a tad jealous, lol.... Its being very frustrating here, we have been having some good mornings with sunshine, the pathways are drying nicely and then by flipping teatime its pouring down again, my lawn is desperate for a haircut but too sodden to even try going around the edges with the strimmer....

What beautiful Heathers and lovely views. Fingers crossed the rain holds off for a bit longer.

Beautiful views from your garden Kidsgran :)
Your heathers are doing well for their age !

I prefer a wet patio to a frosty one ...
