I follow the shade and keep the doors to the house closed, windows open and it stays suprisingly cool

Lovely.....the plants don't seem to mind the hot sun.And , my grass looks like the top of that mountain(that's brown, not high....ha ha)
When we visited Houghton Hall gardens on a very hot Saturday , 2 weeks ago, I had to smile as every body sitting outside the tea room went for the few seats in the shade.i said at the time ...we wait all year for the sun then jump into the shade when it comes out...but I'm he same!!!!

Your garden is beautiful. I like that sort of garden :o) and your view is wonderful !
I love your lavender bush ...
The mts around here are still green, but for how long ...
Very hot here today but with a little breeze - makes all the difference.
I met a friend in the town lunchtime and had a chocolate icecream instead of food lol !

Your upside down garden looks really lovely. Reminds me of a friend, who long ago borrowed a cine camera to go on a funded 'trip of a life time' to a conference in Chile, flying over Andes from Rio. When she showed a large Royal College audience the film. Most of it was on its side. This was pre digital days. We all had a good chuckle and she took the giggles in good humour too. Like you say too hot to fret over computery glitches.

Yes I think quite a few of us had a back and fore discussion about it sometime ago it seems ok on some computers and iPads and not on others not sure why .

I think the above may be true. Next door guy is a bit techy. He has ipad, iphone and older computer he says some of his pictures he sends arrive upside down. Could try a Google question perhaps.....or even 'contact us' on GOY'?
