Good morning! It’s a beautiful morning here today, the sun is bright, sky is so blue and there are just a few whispy clouds. One cat, Sammy is in the greenhouse settling down for a warm snooze and the other, Thomas is walking round his garden checking the plants. He’ll join her later I expect.
Greenhouse sorted, plants watered, loads brought out into the sunshine, transplanted cranesbills are perking up and new growth seen on hostas, astilbes and lavenders. Just sown some rocket and lettuce seeds and taken some photos for my page. Phew, better sit down – I’m still meant to be resting after my knee injury in March, I’ll get into trouble with the Drs lol!!
The Amelanchier is in full bloom now

The dark magnolia is bursting open

wonderful blog! made me feel happy just reading it. The picture of the amelanchier blossom close up is particularly lovely! I'd never seen an Amelanchier before I came to Scotland and they are lovely! I had one in my old garden but not here....too many lovely trees to choose from!
