Short morning trip in my small garden

I like these months as every week something new blooms. You know it, too :)))
I do not have garden as nice as I wish to, as we have lot of pets – could say Animal farm :) – so plants which survive are usually only those, which are “resistant, cats, rabbits, dogs and drought tolerant”. This is climbing rose, already reaches my balcony.

Hortensia grandiflora – view from the balcony and its detail.

These are my favourite roses. I just wonder what will be with them, if I leave. They are so grateful for just a little care. For those, who do not know – they belong to a group of so-called “roses of painters”. Mine is Claude Monet.

Austin´s Abraham Darby with Spirea Goldflame – too much sun in the morning…so the photo isn´t the best one.

Lupinus…

Olive babies :)))

And the fig tree – recuperating from drastic frosts just now. Hope, I will have some figs in the autumn, although I am happy even with the fact Turkey fig has survived Russian winter.
Hope you enjoyed my small garden.

You love your plants Katarina. I know how hard it is to try to achieve something in a garden and have a little zoo as well.

Beautiful Katarina - those roses are stunning!! I 3 cats and 1 dog - the cats do all the damage. Frustrating sometimes but when they look at you - you don't remain angry for long :)

Stroller@ I take care for two gardens. One is of my parents and one is mine. Bothe have around 600 square metres. Believe me, I am sometimes damaged the other day..:) All work, with the exception of grass mowing, do I. I really do not wish to have bigger one.
Bjs@ Thank you :) Nothing compared to your rhododendrons.
Kasy@you know.....:))))
Yorkshire@you almost made from me Anna Karenina, lol :)).
Scottish@we do not have 13 cats anymore. One died, one dissappeared and 2 were knocked by car. So far 6 adult cats, 2 pussycats, 4 rabbits and one retired erdelterrier. Ah, forgot on 2 guinea-pigs :)
