Weddings

I am on a break from newsletters etc. this week because I am now in full preparation mode for my sisters wedding this Saturday!

The reception is being held in my Mum’s garden that has been carefully prepped and primed for the influx of 140 guests, marquee and caterers! I am going there this evening so promise to post some photos showing all her hard work.

Once the marquee is in place the florist is arriving and it will be all hands on deck to make it look like a countryside delight.

The wedding flowers are pink and white – almost cerise through to baby pink, white and dotted with sprigs of herbs to add scent and green. Roses and rosemary! Gorgeous! The general feel in the church and marquee will be ‘hedgerow’ to make us farm girls feel at home…

Anyway, I will post some updates later in the week – enjoy the weather while it lasts!
