i was wondering if anyone has tried these ,they are from b& q you just put the seeds in container and rinse with water daily, they are really peppery &quite hot ,they grow like cress but taller, they grow in days you can almost see them grow,i tried them thinking they would be like alfalfa but there not they are ok for stir fries & salads.

Not grown them myself, but they seem to be very popular now. Tou see all sorts in the shops/garden centres! Nice to just cut when you need them!

They are supposed to be really good for you nutritionally. My kids used to sprout beans and seeds but they never made it to mealtimes as they ate them by the handful so never lasted long enough

I've tried these sprouting seeds and they are good and tasty....if you have time to fiddle on rinsing every day...Once the container was washed and dried and put away....I forgot about it.......must fish it out again!!!!!!!!

LOL! Hee hee!
Yes, I gave up meat for religious reasons, but I was quite unwell on it. Then I read the Dalai Lama's autobiography & the same thing happened to him, & I thought, well if its ok for HH to eat meat, then I can too!
I'll look forward to your blog! Going off soon, need to get into the books again!
