Same here in fact thanks to the footie my computer skills have vastly improved ..........my OH sits with the mute button on and mutters a lot to himself lol :o))

Crocus has a "whizzer" toy which looks like two tiny tennis racquets going round and round ... so I tell him he is playing doubles all by himself ... ;o)

Me, too, Jcee. I've been promising myself a day's clearing out session for the next rainy day, but we haven't had one for ages, and anyway, it's unbearably hot up there. That's my story and I'm sticking to it.
What happens is, we haul stuff to the top of the ladder, and it gets left close to the little landing area, so the next time it's even more congested. Actually, it's about time I went up and re-treated the wardrobes and stored winter bedding against moth. Come October we'll find holey winter clothes, chewed duvets and have nothing to wear if I don't!

No, we DID find old, rusty pistols down our well when it was drained: Probably partisans chucked 'em down there in the war when the Germans came and occupied the house next door. We searched the attic rooms when we first came here and found some fascinating communist propaganda made by the local children from when this was the local schoolhouse, I expect.
In warm weather, we get hundreds of these darned moths - both in the wardrobes, but in the kitchen cupboards, too, and now I know why Italians don't have carpets. I put some sticky pheromone traps up a couple of weeks ago, and already they are thick with little corpses. Which reminds me - I must put some more on my shopping list.
