It all came about when a Monk from Devonshire in UK went 2 Germany in the 7th Century 2 teach them about God.
Legend says he used a Triangle Fir Tree to describe the Holy Trinity Of God The Father,Son & Holy Spirit
But it was`nt until the 1700s it returned to the UK ?Want to know more This Web Page tells all :D http://www.christmasarchives.com/trees.html

Today My Son & Daughter Both Decorated The Chritsmas Tree (Our Tradition) & here it is all finished with some pics of what we added :)

What , no fairy?
I know one who will come and sit on top of your tree for no more payment than a piece of Christmas pud.

Christmas Pud isnt liked in My House Hold Toto so how about a Nice Mince Pie? :)

Hi Jacque,
A lovely blog, and your tree looks super.
If you put a fairy on the tree make sure that the tu tu is fireproofed. Those christmas lights can get very hot and they might ladder her tights as well and then she will develop fairy wand droop.Sadly, theres no medication that is available to cure it....
Love and best wishes from the naughty boys in Bristol.xx
P.S Bet Bonkers will have something to say about our comments!

Beautiful tree Jacque and thanks for the link will have a look in a min, we are all for family tradition in my home as well, I have a fairy that Mum bought for me 40yrs ago for my eldest daughters 1st Xmas and she comes out every year, we have changed the tree this year tho, normally we have a big one from floor to ceiling but think Brynner and Caspar will wreck it so we have one on the coffee table instead..LOL...... Only for this year tho.
