But well worth it - Im in the process of trying to put names to people in old family photos from the 1900's, not easy as my Grandad who did know who many of them were passed away over 10 years ago.

Hi all been busy & trying Hardest 2 trace Dear Grandads Grave with no Luck im sorry 2 say :( weve almost tried every thing possble 2 find him & so far have had nothing that can help us trace him :( I want 2 thank Gilli whos been helping me in my search & has found a few things out about his past which i didt know & she kindly Emailed it on 2 me :)Thanx2 Avis 4 Finding Grandads Medal Record & Emaiing to me & Fluff 4 asking about the Medal :) Also many thanx 2 u all 4 the Luck uv sent & Interest in My Blogs :) Im hopeing now anything that turns up wil be good news as its all i have left 2 do now :( x

Good luck in your search. I've been trying to research my husbands family for ages, but I have managed to get so far back but cannot find anything earlier as they came across from Ireland during the potato famine but cannot find any records for that time. It's very interesting though.
