Roses dug up

Had to go and dig up 20 roses my friends grandaughter gave them to me they had to be moved as they are building a conservetry
Just hope they will survive i will cut them back and put them in water overnight then plant them tomorrow if anyone has some tips on this please let me know
My garden is looking much better now been a lot of hard work but worth it . It looks a bit empty at the moment but hope to put more plants in ,when and as i can afford to .There is just this one stubern old spyarea left to come out

Well well ……what my son did for £2 he dug up that horrible root..lol
