whoooooo free gifts!!!!

I started my day taking pics of the pansies… they’ve really filled out in the front raised beds… then it rained so i did a bit of camera magic to enhance my pix

At dinner time the postman arrived with a box brimming with exciting things ALL FOR FREE (even better!!!) including:

seed potatoes and grow bags, herb collection, various veg seeds, strawberries, raspberry canes, exotic lily collection, lobelia, petunia, viola, geraniums, impatiens

so i’ve spend all afternoon planting my lily bulbs, putting the herbs ito the herb bed, potting the strawberries and just generally having a great time in my polytunnel while its been chucking it down outside!

Im filthy, tired and hungry but sooo pleased with my days work! Im off to pick some salad leaves for my tea… yum yum!

Though I pretty much hate pansies -I did like your pic....and your blog is great too. It is very refreshing to hear of a young person being interested in gardening.....Keep it up!!!

they came free from the sunday express i just had to pay the postage but we'll get so many yummy things from this parcel! I used Adobe Photoshop to manipulate the image... I went on a course and learnt loads! there's still lots for me to learn my course re starts in May!
