Lucky you, very striking isn't he?

Is it getting cold for him now?

They're lovely :~))

Lol ;~))

Hmmm yummie, slurp, dribble ;~))

Your welcome BA (Barracas?)

LMSO ......

Poison is the best way of killing them Sue, but my sister was left with decaying carcasses under the floor boards and behind the fire. She had to pay the local 'catcher to come and collect them. The place stunk for months afterwards. :~(((

Well Holly's room is 5ft by 9ft so you can understand why it's important to keep things 'tidy' Lol

Thanks Bamboo, I think we must have posted together then! Lol
All these brill ideas are being written down along with other planter ideas I've seen by using the links below!

I've no idea, to be honest Hmhb! They have been identified as 'Iron cross' if this helps?
Can I ask you a question? You see I have a thing about usernames and how people chose them (See my blog about them!) and I was just wondering what yours meens and how you came by it? If it's a personal thing I'll understand if you don't want to share, no problems! :~))

Thanks Kimmy, I am just waiting to see if there is any more ideas before I let Carol and Holly help me to decide. Lol :~)))

There is some really good ideas here! Thanks all :~))

By 'Hells Angels' I take it you mean Cyclemen Sue?

I agree with GS as with sticky 'pastes' the mouse can't just pull at one corner and trip the trap without getting caught but have to stay there to eat thus getting caught! (Humanely of course) and released away from the house and garden. I'm sure the local park/woods or somewhere like that will be great for it!

Oh dear, the poor man must learn to cross his legs!

We have the gales as well Spritz! :~((

LMSO Sue, Are you sure it's only the weather?

Oh dear Andrew, did you see which direction it came from?

Hatter you're welcome to the winds they are forcasting for this weekend!
Sue I would take your windchimes in if I were you! 90mph will have them playing tunes against the heads of anyone unfortunate enough to be in their way when they take off!!!!!

Gorgeous Spritz! One question ......... Can I come and live next door so I can blatently copy your ideas?

PS. I've PM'ed you!

I've sent you a PM Leigh!

I also put all of my compost material through the shredder (outdoor one!) before it goes onto the heap. As you say Gilli the smaller and more broken up something is the quicker it decomposes!

Very good. I like them all
and wouldn't mind this on my wall.

Oooerrr I just did a rhyme ;~))

Thanks for this Heron! I'm always looking for something to do during the winter.

I always shred all my bills and statements etc and add them (stops anyone from stealing your ID) along with the grass cuttings, all the kitchen waste (veg peelings etc.) cut flowers when they've finished but I've never thought to empty the vacuum cleaner into it?

These are really brill NP. I particularly like the silver back!
Have you seen my blog about the pastell drawing of our daughter (Holly) drawn by Sid?

I know what you mean San, there's a nasty storm brewing and we are expecting winds up to 90mph by the weekend. :~((
