Seedlings coming out of my ears!!!

Well since I told you I had sown a few seeds, I am now rapidly running out pots to pot them into and space to keep them growing. I bought a second mini greenhouse as its still too cold in the unheated greenhouse to put them on the benches. So there’s a greenhouse in the greenhouse and another in the conservatory!!!.
The flower seeds in the conservatory are growing well.

I have been contemplating buying a heater for the greenhouse but am unsure which sort to go for. Anyway, the plants I have bought recently are quite happy in there until its fit to get the borders altered and dug over ready. I bought this physostegia and it was so pot bound I managed to split it into 5 smaller plants.

Every time I go out there seems to be a plant I cannot resist so I have one or two for the different borders that will give year round interest.. Here are few of the plants I have bought.
Chimonanthus and a Sarcococca confusa sweet box which smells gorgeous.

Two Stipa Ponytail grass.

Two Cordiline australis.

There are geraniums (white ones and red ones)Verbascum videlte and phygelius.

and last but not least the Hostas I bought last autumn.

The cuttings I took from the hydrangea look as if they have taken as new growth is appearing.

There are a couple of fuchsia cuttings which are surviving too. I can’t wait now to get the new borders started. There are all the veg seeds to start and another 6 packets of flower seed yet to sow, so I will have to get that heater soon or we will be sleeping with them in the bedrooms.!!

Thanks for your nice comments everyone.
Kimmy, Pp and Stroller I am hoping not to have to buy many bedding plants this year.
Holly it's addictive I reckon.
Labdancer I think I will put mine in a pot by the door like you. It's a shame to waste the scent.
Sbg and Sanbaz we can't wait for the spring to come so we can get into the garden.
Mick you are in front with the veg, I noticed the weather has been colder up there with the wind chill. I think it looks like being a parafin heater just to keep it above freezing.

Well done Mrs Greenfingers, I thought we were bad enough with all the jungle plants in the garden room, but that is nothing compared to a greenhouse in your conservatory lol

Hubby thinks I have gone mental, Dd. Sowing and pricking out on the kitchen worktop, soil everywhere and plant pots soaking up water in the sink, and me enjoying every minute. Only had one disappointment up to now Lincslass, the lettuce seed are drooping and I doubt if they will make much progress. Never mind, drag the compost bag back into the kitchen and start some more.!!!
