Wildlife and a very windy day............

It is so very very windy down here on the south coast today…....winds as strong as in the winter….. only hope all my plants will be ok…... have everything well staked…..hope my sunflowers dont get broken…..
The other day my son and i were in the garden and took some photos of the wildlife around…...

Have seen quite a few Peacock Butterflies around at the moment, and lots of Ladybirds.

Ladybird on Lupin leaf.

I think this is a Hover Fly.

Another peacock, and a Cabbage White.

Pigeon… trying to get dry after heavy rain….. thats next doors garden you can see over the fence not mine…lol

Frog by the pond….....

Last but not least…Ella watching us on the patio…............

Beautiful Ella and wonderful wildlife pics.
Very windy and gusty all over the UK it seems.
I had to pick up some of the plants in containers which had blown over...

Sorry TT but its not what you'd call very windy here, no more than about 10 mph. Usually we get blown over just going out of our front door but not so far this year. :~))

Thanks for all your nice comments guys........lets hope we dont have to much more of these very strong winds... Although i think tomorrrows forcast is wet and windy 4 most of the country.. i hope there wrong...lol......
