~ they say that when there is a vacancy it will be filled and you have definitely been chosen~ what will you name her ~ must be something festive?Holly or Christie?

Arlene...she answers to Baby Girl.....we weren't thinkin of naming her at all, since she has a name she answers to! hmmm.....now I must think on this....

~ she sounds happy enough just to be there and there is no doubt that they answer the tone in your voice as much as what you say.
My boxer Harv will be lying there apparently asleep but will wag his tail when being talked about!~I am pleased for you!

Yes Hywel...I do believe so.....I seem to have a connection to black cats....and interestingly my husband was adopted by an all white medium haired cat! =^..^=

Cats know what they want and who they want to live with I work at a shelter for animals and my black and gray kitty picked me LOL so happy for you I know what it is like to loose a pal. Merry Christmas she piked you.

some time ago we were on our way to Switzerland which is directly opposite us here in new zealand the day before departure our female cat died and i buried her in the garden.
2 days later in the other side of the world i got up early and spotted a female cat identical to the one we had at home.
with out thinking i said "here mumpuss" (in english) and she immediately greeted me like a long lost friend.
i asked my son who's cat it was and he said it just turned up 2 days ago.
so i wondered how deep did i bury the cat on the other side of the world

Oh what a wonderful story! We have gotten a good chuckle from it here
