I think your tree has Downy Spot - yellow spots on the upper leaf surface and white powdery mildew on the underside ?
If it is this then there is no need to do anything. Apart from looking unsightly it will not harm your crop.

Such a lovely setting Brandym7. I love to see picket fences. I'm wanting one to separate the flower and lawn garden from the veggie raised beds. Do you get walnuts off the tree, they're supposed to be really good for you
