I am intrigued by their colour and grew them as house plants when I lived in my flat. I guess that is why it has never occurred to me to grow them in the garden .Lol

HI Hywel, yeah these looked very healthy. The neon pink looks almost unnatural, especially with the sun shining thorugh the leaves making them even brighter.

I've always grown these but this year they're hopeless.
It's nice to see a good photo of them.
They can grow quite big and the leaves shine.
They're nice plants.

They root quickly in water. I've grown them for years from cuttings. They tend to lose a lot of leaves in the winter but soon revive. They're beautiful plants and can grow quite large with big leaves that shine. : )
