thanks Jac, mine did'nt flower last year, i think they don't like to be moved, so if you have planted it last year then that could well be why it has'nt - proberly sulking lol! stick with it and see what happens next year. you could also try giving it a feed that might help.

Thanks Sid guess I ll just enjoy yours as it looks so healthy.Maybe its living in Yorkshire [but I have a real problem with annuals] expect a plant to return year on year and would hate to lose something as lovely as this.

Yeah - a couple of people on here have told me they've lost this plant through the winter, so I guess it will be touch-and-go. Hope it does survive, as it's a lovely thing - so many colours.

It's a Saxifraga urbium - 'London Pride'. It grows happily in the shade, too.

Thanks, it used to be a beige house. One of the reasons we felt we could pull off such a bright house was because our landscaping was so colourful.

I think that I've posted before that the color of your house is a great backdrop for all your plants ans shrubs.

That looks like the creature we call a shieldbug over in the uk...perhaps it just looks similar as I don't recall our little bug being smelly....
