Thank you everyone for your comments. When I put a photo of me on GOY I didn't get all these nice comments like Nala. The best I got was being compared to a garden gnome.

Cat - You are welcome. Photo 6 made me think of a miniature Flash. I did not notice the camera was on the wrong setting when I took the shot. I accidently got this added texture to his coat but the grass is really greener.

Louise - I frequently add further photos to my blogs. Now I will try to resist putting a new one at the end.

Mad - I loved it when she went home too. It was like having a toddler around all day but I think she knew who was boss by the time she left.

Freesiaperson - Nala is my daughter's bitch. I was looking after her for 10 days whilst my daughter was on holiday. Thank you for your question. I was concerned when I first saw the smoke and flames as there had been an item on the Welsh news about arsonists in South Wales and one fire in North Wales on hillsides. On the right of photo 13 you can see someone who I suspect may have been responsible for this fire. Probably it was a farmer burning off some of the gorse.

Terra - Hills with snow, sunshine, fire, water, buildings or trees which is your preference?

Pansypotter - Nala has stolen my favourite chair and is looking very pleased with herself. Next she rested her head on the other arm of the chair whilst bird watching through the window.

Uma - I am glad you liked the place where I live but I don't live in the castle you know; the roof is in need of repair.lol

Spritz - Nala was just 8 months old when this photo was taken so might be a bit too young for Henry do you think?

Prodigal Princess - I hear you have been a busy bee of late and this is the explanation for your long fortnight absence from GOY. I saw my first bee of the year yesterday but it didn't stick around long. It had visited some heather in my garden. I may add a photo but I did not get a photo of the bee. duh
