That's brilliant! My auntie and uncles lily has had some flowers already! I think the older the plant gets the easier it is for it to flower..

That looks lovey Julia! Your lily has lovely pinky leaves too. I am too scared to try one in my pond in case the winter kills it. They are so expensive. I might bite the bullet later, they are so good for covering the surface of the water.

As the leaves get older they go green from the pinky purple :)

Many thanks everyone for your kind comments......K the Lily is the only plant in the pool......it's one of the smaller types.I would be cautious like you,especially as they are so expensive.

All of my lilies that I have bought have been for bigger ponds purely because my fish like to eat the lily pads, haha so they're always producing a new one for each that gets eaten :)
