Bandicoot berry. Fast growing ornamental shiny foliage plant. Open spreading Australian native shrub from streamsides in rainforest areas. Small clusters of white flowers in summer are followed by showy clusters of fleshy berries in autumn. Berries begin green, turn red and fade to red-brown and black. Tolerates shade but frost sensitive.
