White flowering evergreen shrub
Another something that was exceedingly overgrown and when it flowered it was underwhelming to say the least. It only had a very few clusters of white flowers. I can imagine if it flowered more profusely it could look amazing. I have chopped it right back and replanted it more upright as there was something overhanging from next door which I think made it lean forward to get the light it could. I chopped back the overhang too and maybe next year it will look better. It already has some healthy regrowth.
A year on: yes! The severe chopping paid off and it has been quite stunning this year.
