I know, coleus, but I have enjoyed this plant as my training for propagation, and have got really astounding plants from this variety. If well, watered, I've had three foot potted bushes with flowering spikes another foot long in some cases. I use if to practice herbaceous grafting and there is always more than enough to give away to those who like strong reds. More light, more red. I actually experimented on this one with light and photosynthesis is done in the red portions of the leaf more vigorously than the green! Cuttings can be stuffed out in summer boxes and patches to break any green borders or color up a spot out of bloom. Versatile and under-appreciated. Stock plants dont live much further than six or seven years, propagate to keep.
