Ladybells: Adenophora liliifolia

Genus: Adenophora.

Species: Adenophora liliifolia.

A lovely and tall clump forming flower. The plant itself a bit more of a groundcover but each produces a tall spire of bloom that goes for almost about 1 1/2 months. I've been letting mine go to seed and haven't seen much from it quite yet, but it now has a proper bed and may take more easily, but the clump is growing very quickly. This plant is commonly mistaken for one of the many campanula, but I've never seen or heard of anyone with a tall campanula here, seems everyone that has one has adenophora so I trust that is what I've got. I'm in love with it.
