Eucalyptus Gunnii
This eucalyptus grows fast, and can become a huge tree and a huge problem therefore, decide how tall you want it to be, and then cut it to 1.5m lower than that every spring. If it gets out of hand it can be pollarded (sawn off at whatever height you want) and it will eventually re grow from new shoots. You have two. One is big and grows beside the big mirror. The other is a baby and grows behind the greenhouse and to it's right on the fence for privacy screening.
This is one plant that really does need to be hard pruned!
