Sow outdoors

sow in blue/red corner and also in left hand bed in front of the patio at back next to pieris, in between the rose and strawberry fields, to add some height.

About this plant

Species: Amberboa muricata.

bought some seeds from T & M January 2008,

bright cornflower like blooms wispy feathery lilac outer petles with sky blue centre. hardy annual hight 32" full sun ideal border, cut flower. flowering time all summer until first frosts of autumn.

sow april to june direct into well cultivated soil 1/2 inch deep. germination usually takes 12-21 days think out when large enough to handle to 8-10" apart.

* i thought these would look good to fill in gaps at the back of the Red/blue corner, also can use some in the left hand bed in front of the patio in between the rose and strawberry fileds and also next to the peris where the blue glady are behind the hosta, i think the coulor combo will look stunning!
