that blows no-one any good", so they say.

We have had the driest year I can remember but we’ve had a whole week of rain; sometimes heavy, sometimes just drizzle and things are getting back to normal.
The stream, which was only a few inches deep, is now back to its usual december level and, although not as strong as those in the UK, we had a bout of high winds which brought a tree down.
Next week my wife is off to Barcelona with her keep-fit group so, weather permitting, I’ll be cutting it into logs for next winter.

What a beautiful stream. Good luck with the log cutting. It should be seasoned by next winter - Enjoy!

Hi Expats,

Enough to keep you busy there....for a while...lol...

Good to see the stream back to normal, good shots too...

We're still having very mild weather here, just rain, sometimes heavier than others...but all ticking over nicely...
Enjoy your Christmas...

Steragram, Crissue......Thanks for your good wishes. A very merry Christmas to you both.

P.S. Crissue, I'm pleased you got your mail order problem sorted out. It's not just the money it's the time and worry that really compound these problems..

Thanks ExP...Yes so glad it's over...It seems there's family problems there according to the owner, the father, in conversation to my hubby...that's a shame, but customers shouldn't be held to ransom..The Son, just seems to be incapable, which will not help the business long term...
